I had a fantastic experience here, everything was perfect, the location was peaceful close to a beautiful garden, the Côte d'Opale in general, and the outskirts of Boulogne. Liked an electric kettle, central heating, and television in the room. Very comfy beds were provided...

I had a king room that also was complete with a bright bathroom. the walk-in shower, dryer, and bath sheets were very handy. - This newly renovated hotel had a secluded setting on the outskirts of Boulogne. - It was next to both supermarkets and the shopping centre.

I simply adored the charming and elegant decoration of Maison Grandsire. The combination of old-fashioned and modern design created a unique and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the owners went out of their way to ensure that the hotel was accessible for senior guests like myself. It was wonderful to see their attention to detail, from the comfortable seating areas to the easy-to-navigate layout. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, with everything I needed conveniently within reach.
If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people like myself, it would be that the children working there provide a bit more assistance for those who may need it. While the owners were kind and helpful, it would have been nice to have a little extra support during my stay.

The renovation of this country house is mind-blowing! The location is super convenient, close to supermarkets and the autoroute but still secluded and quiet. The room and bathroom are jaw-droppingly comfortable and well-equipped, with an electric kettle for tea/coffee. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of options including fresh fruit salad and homemade jam. The resident peacocks and occasional deer add a unique and delightful touch. The hosts, Laurence and Nicholas, are absolutely fabulous and made us feel so welcome. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the charming family atmosphere and the harmonious blend of French and English culture in the interior decor. the historical charm of the chateau, combined with modern amenities like internet and updated bathrooms, made our stay comfortable and convenient. the large grounds with fruit trees and the sight of wild animals added to the peaceful ambiance. the highlight of our mornings was enjoying breakfast on the terrace, with the company of Leon the peacock and his family.
Although we had a wonderful stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the beds were not as comfortable as we are used to, with slightly scratchy bed linen.

I had the most delightful stay at Maison Grandsire Chambres D'Hotes. The owners, Laurence and Nicholas, warmly welcomed me and shared the fascinating history of the beautiful building. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, with a blend of old-fashioned charm and modern design. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom made my stay even more enjoyable. The gardens surrounding the chateau were breathtaking, and I was lucky enough to spot some wild animals in the morning. One of the highlights was meeting Leon, the peacock, who added a unique charm to breakfast on the terrace. Speaking of breakfast, the continental spread was delicious, with a selection of local specialties. Laurence's recommendation for nearby restaurants was spot on. Despite not speaking much French, I felt well taken care of by the kind and helpful owners. my experience at Maison Grandsire Chambres D'Hotes was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay.
